PRIVACY POLICY
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Administration of the website https://mantra.in.ua (hereinafter – the “Website”) is carried out by LLC “MEDFLY”, EDRPOU code 44828784, a legal entity registered and operating in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter – the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Striving to develop relationships with persons who visit the Website as well as with the Company’s clients (hereinafter – the “User”) and recognizing the importance of protecting Users’ personal data, the Company has prepared this Privacy Agreement (Privacy Policy), developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and other regulatory acts of the legislation of Ukraine governing legal relations related to the processing of personal data (hereinafter – the “Privacy Policy”), and the terms of use of the Company’s Website.
Before using the Website, please carefully read the terms of this Privacy Policy. By using the Website, the User accepts and agrees to the content set forth in the Privacy Policy. If for any reason the User does not agree with the contents of these privacy provisions, such User must immediately stop using the Website.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. “Company Website Administration” (hereinafter – the Website Administration) – authorized employees who manage the Website on behalf of the Company, who organize the processing of personal data and also determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions or operations performed with personal data.
1.1.2. “Personal Data” – information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified.
1.1.3. “Processing of Personal Data” – any action or set of actions such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, alteration, updating, use and dissemination (distribution, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including by using information (automated) systems.
1.1.4. “Confidentiality of Personal Data” – a requirement mandatory for the Administrator or any other person who has gained access to personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the data subject or the presence of another lawful basis.
1.1.5. “User of the Company Website” – a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Website.
1.1.6. “Cookie” – a text file or files containing a small amount of information that are sent by a web server and stored on the User’s computer, which a web client or web browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open a page of the corresponding website.
1.1.7. “IP address” – a unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.
2. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
2.1. By using the Website and by answering the necessary questions in the registration form, the User confirms that he/she gives the Company and persons authorized by it consent to the processing of personal data, and also confirms that he/she is of legal age.
2.2. The User gives his/her consent to the Website Administration to process the information received, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, correction), use, dissemination, depersonalization, blocking, destruction of the personal data indicated in the form, for the purpose of measures aimed at forming a database of participants, compiling statistical reports, conducting marketing research, as well as interaction with the User, including via electronic communication networks, including sending SMS messages and emails, until such consent is withdrawn.
2.3. The User confirms his/her consent that the Website Administration has the right to interact with the User by making direct contacts using various means of communication, including but not limited to: postal mailing, email, the Internet, etc.
2.4. The personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy include, but are not limited to, the following information:

2.4.2. User’s contact phone number;
2.4.3. email address;
2.4.4. User’s location.
3. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The Company uses the User’s personal information for the following purposes:
3.1.1. providing the User with effective customer support;
3.1.2. communicating with the User, including sending messages, requests and information related to the use of the Services, provision of services, as well as processing the User’s requests and applications;
3.1.3. providing information about the goods and services offered by the Company, Company promotions, responses to inquiries, as well as the Company’s fulfillment of its obligations to consumers of goods (services);
3.1.4. conducting statistical and other research based on depersonalized data.
4. CATEGORIES OF DATA COLLECTED
4.1. Categories of Personal Data collected by the Website (independently or through third parties) include: cookies and data on the use of web resources.
4.2. Personal data may be provided by the User independently or may be collected automatically by the Website during its use.
Unless otherwise specified, the Website https://mantra.in.ua uses cookies or other means of identifying users and remembering their global settings solely for the purpose of providing the service requested by the User.
4.3. Users are responsible for the personal data of third parties that they obtain, publish, or provide to others using the Website, and confirm that they have the consent of the third party to provide such data to the Company.
5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
5.1. Processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without time limitation, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.
5.2. The User agrees that the Website Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular to courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s order placed on the Company’s Website, including delivery of the Goods.
6. USERS’ RIGHTS
6.1. The Company informs you of your rights as a personal data subject regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, namely the right to:
6.1.1. know the sources of collection, the location of your personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or place of residence (stay) of the controller or processor of personal data, or to give a respective instruction to receive this information to authorized persons, except as provided by law;
6.1.2. receive information on the conditions of access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom your personal data are transferred;
6.1.3. access your personal data;
6.1.4. receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request (unless otherwise provided by law), a response as to whether your personal data are being processed, and also receive the content of such personal data;
6.1.5. submit a reasoned request to the controller of personal data objecting to the processing of your personal data;
6.1.6. submit a reasoned request for the alteration or destruction of your personal data by any controller and processor of personal data if these data are processed unlawfully or are inaccurate;
6.1.7. protect your personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as protection from providing information that is inaccurate or defames the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;
6.1.8. lodge complaints about the processing of your personal data to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court;
6.1.9. use legal remedies in case of violations of legislation on personal data protection;
6.1.10. make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process your personal data when giving consent;
6.1.11. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
6.1.12. know the mechanism of automated processing of personal data;
6.1.13. protection against an automated decision that has legal consequences for you.

7. COOKIE POLICY
7.1. The Website collects information about your visits to our websites for the purpose of obtaining statistics of visits and efficiency of their use, forming a personalized approach and adapting to each User’s interests. We do this using various technologies, one of which is cookies. 7.2. 11.1. The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
11.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
11.3. If the User disagrees with any changes made to this Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Website.
